The Synchronized spindle option can be supported by the combination
of these jumpers. At the time of shipment, these jumpers are set
to "Off Line Mode", which means non-supported. The mode
to supported will be decided when power is turned on.
The mode can be certified by MODE SENSE command and changed by
MODE SELECT command.
