Synchronized spindle jumper (JP3:Bits 2^0-2^1)
The Synchronized spindle option can be supported by the combination
of these jumpers. At the time of shipment, these jumpers are
set to "Off Line Mode", which means non-supported.
The mode to be supported will be decided when power is turned
on.
The mode can be certified by MODE SENSE command and changed
by MODE SELECT command.

The cable array shall be configurated as below.
- Note *6:
- Terminator Jumper (JP7) shall be removed from all drives
except the drives located at either cable end.
