Hitachi Global Storage introduced a new model numbering system in the 2nd
quarter of 2003, starting with the Hitachi Travelstar 7K60, Hitachi Travelstar
5K80, and Hitachi Deskstar 7K250 drives. (Models released before these
drives use the previous IBM legacy model
numbering system.) The following legend describes the new model numbers: |
