Job Description

l         Provide technical support and technical/products training to ODM/OEM customers.

l         Analyze application and quality issues of hard disk drive in customers.

l         Perform failure analysis at customer sites and consolidate quality report.

l         Monitor customer quality trend in the customer factory and develop quality improvement process.

l         Support Sales team to promote/design-in HGST products to customers.

 

Job Requirements

l         Bachelor degree preferably in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science

l         More than 2 years working experience as Customer Technical Support or IT related design (R&D) experience.

l         Good presentation and communication skill

l         Fluent spoken and written English

l         Familiar with PC hardware, software and PC architecture
