Customer Technical Support Engineer

Job Description

l         Manage quality incidence and coordinate with company supporting resource worldwide for quick resolution.

l         Assure customer satisfaction through professional customer support services.

l         Perform failure analysis at customer sites and consolidate professional quality report.

l         Monitor customer quality trend, analyze and recommend corrective action.

l         Manage business partner to improve overall service to end customers.

l         Frequent travel to customer sites in China region is expected.

 

Job Requirements

l         Bachelor degree preferably in Electronic Engineering or Computer Science

l         More than 3 years working experience as Customer Technical Support in HDD is preferred.

l         Excellent communication skills

l         Good English capability in terms of writing & speaking
