l         Bachelor or above.

l         Major in mechanical, electrical or automation.

l         Over 2 years work experience in HDD, especially familiar with HSA.

l         Prefer to have the experiment on project engineer, process engineer, mechanical design engineer, or failure analysis engineer for HAS relative process.

l         Good understanding about the process improvement.

l         Good knowledge about 6 sigma, FMEA, DOE.

l         Good English for speaking and writing.

l         Good team work spirit.

l         Good communication skill.
