After 5:00 pm (pst), you will not be able to submit any RMA requests or validate your warranty until Tuesday, February, 16th at 9:00 am pst (5:00 pm GMT). 2 - Is My Drive in Warranty?
With your hard drive's serial number, check to see if your drive is still covered under Hitachi's warranty using the tool below.
3 - RMA Request Process
If your drive is valid for warranty, you can create an RMA online by clicking the button below. If your country is not listed then please return to your point of purchase.
