The Hitachi GST Singapore location recently was recognized by the Ministry of Manpower as a member of the Occupational Health Best Practices (OHBP) Club. The club has been established by the Ministry of Manpower (MOM) to create a permanent community of companies and individuals that promotes best practices in occupational health. Company's that demonstrate continual commitment to promoting occupational health will be invited to join the club.

Club membership and continued commitment to occupational health best practices is totally aligned to the Singapore Quality Award (SQA) framework criteria of employee health and satisfaction, as well as the Annual Safety Performance Awards evaluation criteria.
